“TN trip”

I have stayed at this hotel many times before when it was the Jameson Inn. I always had good service thus the return business. I was very disappointed with this trip to the Baymont Inn. My room was not cleaned during either of the two full days of my stay. The trash was not removed, the beds not made, nor was I given clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels both days. I thought that one day of no clean room was a fluke but not twice in a row. When I made my complaints known to the front desk staff they said they would relay the information to the manager but the problem was not corrected on the second full day. I was very disappointed with their customer service.
