“Rude”

The lady that checked us in the evening we arrived was great!! The next morning all 7 of our rooms got up, on a Sunday, about 9 and went down to breakfast about 9:30. We were told by the only employee there (the assistant manager) when we asked for things that had run out...i.e. coffee, waffle mixed, juice etc. that the breakfast ends at 10:00. She told this to several of the children and the adults. Finally our parents had to get rude and demand the items. I asked who the manager was and she said she was, so I complained to her ... who made excuses. Finally she comped on of our rooms. It didn't help with the fact that we ended up having to stop and pay for breakfast after we left. Not a good impression of Baymont. Don't know that we will stay at a Baymont again.
