For the most part, my stay was OK. I was extremely disappointed when I asked for the overheard lights and the corner lamp in my room to be fixed and they were not. Especially since the manager said they would be. I was very unhappy when I asked the front desk person about their failure and I was told that the lights "just needed to warm up". I was moved to a different room. I was also unhappy that my kids were put in a room in which they could not get out of due to a malfunction of the door handle - and the staff knew about that. My kids were moved to a different room. The manager said nothing to me or apoligized until I talked to him about the problem 2 days later. He only gave me $15 off my total bill for the above problems. I had 2 rooms and I stayed 3 nights. I would think that he would have given one of those nights for one of those rooms for free. I thought that Baymount had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I guess not. I also did not like that there were dogs in the room across the hall from me that loved to bark.
