“Easter Holiday to visit mom, her home was full of my siblings.”

I stayed for 13 days. Everything was great, although seems a bit expensive in this economy. I was happy until checkout, when they added a never discussed before "safe charge" of 13.00 for the room safe for 13 days. Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez, they already got me for almost 820.00 and I never used the safe. When I complained, they did credit the 13.00 back to my card, but the question is WHY ruin a good experience with such a small nonsensical rip-off?The staff were great, other than this, and I would recommend this hotel as the location was unbeatable. Also, the phone in my room did not work, they moved me to another room quickly and without incident.
