“The elavartor was broken, but we really didn't mind so much...”; Feb 16, 2013 Esmeralda C, Zirconia; The elavartor was broken, but we really didn't mind so much since our room was only on the second floor. We could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed. Also the worst thing to me was that the pillowcases were white but you could see them covered in stains. Very nasty! Luckly We had our own pillows. When removing their pillows there was spider on the bed. If it wouldn't have been so late in the night and our kids were asleep we would have left. My husband wanted me to go downstairs and ask for a refund.
