“recent stay with softball team”

Our room had a very musty smell. Sunday morning our toilet overflowed to the point my husband had to walk through the soiled water in the floor and shut off the water. When he called the front desk for a plunger they told him they didn't have another one. Several minutes later they called back and said they had one he could come get. While at the desk, he asked for a mop and they told him they didn't have one. This totally disgust me!!! Nothing available to clean up ecoli infected water on the floor. He was then told he could find towels at the pool to mop up the floor. We will not be back!! Our coaches family stays there due to your hot breakfast. The breakfast was terrible. Though, I have to admit the man in the the breakfast area that day working was wonderful, kind, and did his job well. I am now aware why the room smelled so bad. Within minutes the bathroom floor was full, and I mean full of water, and we had no other choice but to use the BR without a proper cleaning. At no time did any staff offer an apology. Had I had time that morning ,I would have filed a complaint and asked for my money back.
