“At It's Best....”

We're a 10 year long guest. As per usual, the stay was lovely in every way.AmenitiesRoom SizeCleanlinessStaff.I recognize we now have a new management company and possible owner and it was a bit disappointing to see the large increase in rate over last year.More importantly, I was quite dismayed to learn the new management company erased our data from previous stays. I've sent letters of recommendation to the leadership based on our stay and was considered a valued guest.Now, there is no record of our history. I was enjoying a discount for our visit and believe we may now need to to search elsewhere.Quite disappointing.
