“Want to have fun in the common areas here don't expect to be able to here”

Upon our arrival our group greeted eachother in the warm and friendly common area of this location only to be shuffeled off to the breakfast area and then have the door slammed in our faces.You will need to watch for placement of the slippery when wet signs, or should I say sign. We learned this after my girlfriend fell to her knee while walking from the breakfast room to a common area. Slippery when wet signs are supposed to be placed between the wet areas not at one end of the wet area. After my girlfriend fell the staff put out an additional sign appropriately in yet again the wrong the area.By the way the staff gave my girlfriend a band-aid said they were sorry and sent us on our way. As of todays date there has been no follow up from this location.I guess the worst experience of this trip was the staff member who helped up was so much in everyone elses business that if she took the time none of this would have ever happened and we might have been able to visit with our group in the common areas and not the secluded breakfast area.
