“Not good, not bad”

I feel like I pretty much got what I paid for, however there was a few things that I felt could be better. The room I was given did not at all match what was advertised. From the pictures I saw when I was booking my room, I expected to have a fully furnished room with a small table, chairs, and an easy chair. My room only had a desk and a small chair. So there was no sitting room except for the bed. Atleast the bed was very comfortable and I slept great. Secondly, the whole reason for my stay was my girlfriend and I just wanted to stay in the room all day and watch movies. When we first arrived, the movie service was unavailable. I called the front desk 3 different times over the course of a couple hours. They kept telling me they would check on it but I never heard back from them. I finally started unplugging everything and plugged it back in. I got the movies to work, but with no help from the staff. Also, the coffee maker in my room did not work. I called the front desk and requested a new, which was brought to me in a matter of minutes. So the service there was good, but still an inconvenience. My last complaint was the service in the dining area. We went down to eat but were not greeted by anyone. We sat in the dining area for a good ten minutes without seeing a single staff member. Finally we decided to just go back to the room and order room service. The room service was fast and good but I wish I could have avoided the extra charge. All in all we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay, but there were enough inconveniences that I feel like I can't give a good review.
