“worst hotel stay ever”; Dec 30, 2012 Laura C, Decorah; We did not get rooms promises because the configuration did not exist at this hotel.Staff powerless to help customer. Very smoky in non smoking FLOOR!! Will need to contest charges w cred card. Bad.
