“Bad Customer Service”; Jan 14, 2013 Stephanie L, Minneapolis; checking in to the hotel was a breeze. The room was in need of an update. Stayed for 3 nights and every night I had to get my key reprogrammed which was inconvenient. The day manager was very rude and short. She did not want to talk about any concerns!
