“customer service”

There was a huge mistake in the reservations. When we were told to leave, we were yelled at "Leave NOW"!! The clerk at the front desk, Warren, called my son an [--]! We thought we had both Friday and Saturday nights booked, when they tried to reach us, our son was sleeping, they called, he answered and they didn't say anything, so they called back and he didn't answer, thinking it was a prank. After that, that's when the front desk clerk came to our rooms and started yelling at us and pointing his fingers and calling my son names. Ok, IF we were wrong about the reservations, he still shouldn't have treated us like dirt! We tried talking to him at the front desk, and he kept changing his story. We have stayed there before, and loved it. We travel alot and have never been treated like this before. We will NEVER stay there again unless Warren is not working there anymore.
