“Nothing seemed to work”

First of all they accidently gave us someone elses room luckly no one was in there at the time and they did find us unoccuppied room quickly. Then nothing seemed to work on the property The hot tub was ice cold, internet didn't work, and our tv had lines through it. Checking out wasn't pleasant either. The owner or manager (I think) couldn't find our paper work and was getting frustrated that he couldn't find it and then his internet wasn't working fast enough (he complained that the guests kept trying to use their free wi-fi). Then he had a phone call from anther guest and I thought he was quite rude when he said he was busy and would call back since he had her phone number again (apparently she must of called earlier) and he hung up on her while she was still talking. Oh and he had the entire conversation on speaker phone too.
