“Promises broken”

I am from Ontario Canada, so for me I called this hotel many times before I actually booked this place. One of the few reasons why I booked this place was because I was told you had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and to Disney and Universal and a continental breakfast. Upon arrival I called the hotel to find out where my ride was, as it was 11pm in the evening and I have small children with me. That is when I was informed that there must have been an error in communication because they didn't have a shuttle service from the airport, so I had to pay $30 to get a taxi to the hotel. When I arrive they say sorry for the misunderstanding and I continue to check in. The following morning I get up and ask them where and what time does the shuttle arrive for Disney and Universal, again I was informed that there must have been another communication error because they don't have shuttle. I can deal with the no shuttle from the airport but the only reason I choose that hotel was because I was told of the free shuttle. I called a few taxi's as I was told there were no bus services to either location. My daughter was competing at Disney and Universal that week so we needed to make other arrangements. We ended up spending over $200 on a car rental, which again wasn't planned into our budget. The continental breakfast wasn't what I would call a breakfast. There was coffee, tea, orange juice, plain bagels, bread, some kind of brand muffin, pudding and apple sauce. They had a toaster that burnt everything. We ended up having breakfast else where as it was pretty gross. The room was pretty good, the fridge was good and the microwave was also good. Didn't have any problems with the bed it was comfortable, and when I asked for more pillows they did bring them to me right away. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful when they were around. The pool was nice, it was on the cool side so the kids only went in a few times but it was also clean. They also advertise the hotel being with Mall, well that is a big lie, as it took us a good 35 minutes to walk there and then you'll have to cross the busy street. Over all the stay was ok but I wouldn't be going back there any time soon with my children as there isn't anything around for them.
