“Very nice stay at the motel, but I developed many bug bites the next day”

  , Midwest City
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the Baymont Inn in Lawton. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The Wifi internet worked well. Nice breakfast buffet. The only problem was the day after my stay there, I came down with about 20 insect bites that looked like flea bites, but might have been chigger bites. After leaving the motel, my friend and I hiked for 6 miles in the nearby Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Perhaps I got the bug bites there, although my friend who hiked with me was unaffected. Also my experience has been that chiggers and ticks are mainly a problem in Oklahoma during the spring. At the motel, we each had our own bed. I'm wondering if someone let their pet sleep in my bed the night before. I can't say for sure. Because of this doubt in my mind, I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars.
