“I used this hotel because it was the conference hotel but...”; Feb 27, 2013 Jennifer B, Broken Arrow; I used this hotel because it was the conference hotel but would have never chosen it on my own. I didn't feel safe and worried about my vehicle parked outside. I tried to swivel the tv but it was bolted to the table. Some of the breakfast items had signs saying they were not working. The room had an odor to it and the water pressure was terrible. It took me forever to get the shampoo out of my hair.

The Hotel has area wide security cameras and regular outside patrols of the parking area. It is hard to anticipate the guest breakfast needs and we try to keep everything full as possible. « hide
