“Business Trip”; Nov 05, 2012 Hershal T, Houston; The room was nice. The staff make me feel at home and as a personal friend. Maria, Amanda, Mary and Kelly are really helpful and are concerned of my needs. They are very well trained.The bed in room 120 nearest to the bathroom needs to have the mattress and or springs replaced since it has developed a low spot or bow.
