Dear William S.I am glad your overall stay with us was a good one.............. All of our rooms have FELT buffers on the door frames to min. door sounds, but that will never completely stop the sounds of others coming and going from their rooms, nor from others talking in the hallways. ....... that is simply part of staying in a hotelIf there is ever a preventable problem... please notify the front desk staff to see if it can be fixed. Dear Deborah B:I am glad you enjoyed your stay. As to the breakfast being out of items, that happens from time-to-time as we often get large groups of people that come to eat at the same time. For future reference, simply ask the breakfast attendant if they are making more food ready. Chances are the attendant already has some cooking. Dear Amy C.I am glad you had a blast at our hotel. It is always nice to know when a guest enjoys their stay. Sometimes it is a single guest (such as you) that makes our jobs (and performance) that much better. If you ever get a chance to visit us in the summer-time, ask the Front Desk for directions to the local "man-made" lake located just a few blocks from our hotel. I am not sure what "all out and no offer to help" meant, but I can say for sure that all of our staff are trained to help whenever possible. Our housekeeping staff are all well-trained, and seasoned employees, as are all of our Front Desk Staff. Our Breakfast hours are from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. We occationally open breakfast early, but always close it down at 9:00 am. Breakfast services are not available after 9:00 am. As we are a Mid-Scale hotel, we do not offer room service, or valet service, but always try to help guests when asked. If you need help with a door or something, just ask, and I am certain someone will assist. « hide

Without knowing your exact reservation details, it is impossible to know for sure why this happened. The conditions described sound similar to those experienced during a major wind-driven rain storm. Extreme winds can drive rain in through the AC unit ventilation, get the floor wet, and kick-off the bedroom and bathroom outlet breakers. We are very proud of our housekeeping staff, and are sure that if there was a problem that could be fixed or cleaned, it would have been addressed. As with any good hotel, please contact the front desk if there is a problem. If the problem was simply a breaker, the problem could have been fixed within minutes. « hide
