“Good but not Great”

- Our stay at Baymont got off on the wrong foot with the manager that checked us in. I wish I could remember his name but he was completely rude and unfriendly. In fact it seemed he was trying to find reasons for us to not stay there. His concern was that since we had a local address that we were there to throw a large party and destroy his hotel. Not the case since I had a 6 and 10 year old child in tow. However, the lady that was working along with him was very sweet and kind and she apologized for his rudeness. Had it not been for her, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
