“This is the first time we have stayed at a Baymont that we...”

This is the first time we have stayed at a Baymont that we have been disappointed. We made non smoking reservations and arrived at 8:30 p.m. (The young man that checked us in was very kind through the process) He checked us in and sent us to a very stinky smoking room on the 4th floor. We drug our luggage down and asked for non smoking. The next room we were sent to had never been cleaned. Finally we got a decent room the third try, but other people smoked out in the hall the full stay. We came down to breakfast and there was no one taking care of the food. Juice was gone and Coffee was gone. No tables got wiped off. I asked the front desk if we could have someone replenish the breakfast bar and a blond come in 5 min later complaining that she had to refill things. No tables were ever wiped off. The second breakfast was not much better. There was a biohazard bag laying in our hallway part of our visit. Sorry to say, that this was not a very pleasant vacation.
