“The guy who made my reservation was very friendly and...”

The guy who made my reservation was very friendly and helpful, the room was great...nic and clean, an the bed was super comfortable. However, we stayed there for a wedding as this hotel had the shuttle service to and from the wedding reception. After confirming with the front desk the shuttle departure times, we arrived at the front desk five minutes early only to be told that the last shuttle had left early and that the front desk did not have the shuttle driver's phone number, and they would not make another trip. The girl at the front desk seemed very incapable of and apathetic to any sort of customer service. So, we had to drive to and from the wedding--which was the whole reason we decided to pay for a hotel room in the first place.
