“Baby Shower”

Had no hot water to take a shower at night, also had no hot water to take a shower in the morning before checking out.On sat. night went to the pool at 8 pm A huge party was going on. Allot of alchole was being drank pool side..Over 15 adults were parting with about 50 kids being in the pool. Adults were throwing kids into pool and trowing balls. Hard..I was there with my 5 year old granddaughter and had to keep her in the deep end and in a 4x4 square, so she could have at least a little play time in the pool.There were no towles for the pool area. When asked the front desk clerk for some towles,she was rude and said that it would be awhile becase she had other things to do...Many people were also in the front lobby drinking and parting..I was told that I would get a credit to my bill, which never came...This hotel was clean, with a good breakfast. And all this could of been from renting to a large group. But I still should of been given a credit for not being able to take a hot shower. And not being able to enjoy the pool area..
