“Poor facilities, great service”

This was my first time staying at a Baymont Suites and it'll be the last. Although the staff was great and attentive, these rooms were poor quality for the price I paid. When I arrived after a long, confusing five hour drive, the front desk staff had no record of my reservation. I booked my reservation two days before online and received a confirmation with my credit card info. I showed my confirmation page and they still had nothing in their computers. They put it in as a cash stay and gave me a room. When I arrived to my room it was FREEZING and felt as if the heat hadn't been on in ages. I turned the heater on and it was blowing cold air. I figured it needed time to warm up. After thirty minutes or so it was still extremely cold and I still had not taken off my coat and gloves. I left the hotel to get some food and returned to find the room still very cold. Decided to turn on the shower to get the steam going for heat. The water wouldn't turn on in the bathroom. Housekeeping came and told me the pipes were frozen. They upgraded me to a suite for free. Got to the suite and the heater in that room too was blowing cold air. I stayed in the room a little over an hour still with my coat on, then finally went down to the front desk to complain plus it was much warmer on the first floor. I was switched to my third room, a suite and everything was working fine. I was already very tired when I arrived at the hotel and then not having my reservation in the system, the frigid rooms, having to switch rooms multiple times..this was a bit much for me.
