“Staff Excellent- Facility Poor:”

- I had been up for 19 hrs and had driven through some nasty weather for the last 5 hrs. My first room had some guests in the next room, which I could make out their complete conversation (thin walls). Asked the staff for a change and they said no problem and provided a smile and apologized for the inconvenience (great customer service). The 2nd room was quiet, but upon closing the door a piece of the door lock fell to the floor. The door lock that swings was broken in two. Called the front desk and reported and staff again provide a "what can we do to help."
