“Toilet mishap”; Nov 14, 2012 Amy A, Polk; The toilet in our room broke about 10pm, when I notified the desk, I was told there were no other rooms available for us to move to & that I would receive a 10% discount on my bill. This seemed like a small discount, considering every time the toilet needed to be flushed, you had to put your hand in the toilet tank to manually pull the lever that broke. It seems that we were inconvenienced more than 10% of our stay.
