“Check in was not a good experience. First I was told over...”

Check in was not a good experience. First I was told over the phone by Katie check in was 3pm. I asked about early check in as we had a 4:30 wedding. Katie and I had an extended conversation as to where the wedding was and how long it would take us to get there. I would have never booked rooms there with a 4pm check in for a 4:30 wedding and having to get 8 girls ready in time. The girl that greeted us was not very nice and at first was not willing to do anything and told us to come back at 4. She said check in has never been 3 so no one would tell me that. It was not until we put up resistence and I said that we would have to find a new hotel that she said she would call her manager. She came back and said she could not get a hold of her manager so to come back around 3 or 4. At that point a gentleman came around the corner and asked what the problem was, we explained and he said no problem come back in 20 minutes and they would have 2 rooms ready. We then said we would be back in an hour, we would go get lunch, and thanked him. Everything after that with the hotel, room, breakfast etc. was fine and uneventful.
