“November stay!”; Nov 30, 2012 Jennifer M, Stockbridge; Staff was very nice and polite. Unfortunately the last day we stayed there before checking out our room wasn't cleaned. The first nite we were there we had to be changed to another room because the toliet didn't work. The second room we were placed in was beside an exit door that people went in and out of all night and the door made a loud bang each time. It was not easy to sleep because of the noise.Overall stay was ok but not great!

I want to thank you for taking the time and writing this review. We consider all feedback we receive very important, whether its a negative or positive review. We would like to see all positive reviews but we know were not quite there yet. I would like to personally apologize for the problems you had while staying at our hotel. We try to use the rooms by the doors as last sale or as a backup room, that night we had to use it as a backup room.. Housekeeping only cleans a room on check out day, after the guest has packed up and left the room.
