“I will never stay again”; Dec 27, 2012 Beth C, Akron; Big yellow stain on the sheets. Black streaks on all the the towels. Shower head was very bad. It put out cold water, then too hot. The pressure was very poor. Never saw the help staff. The last night the beds were not made up and the room was never vacumed. If it were not for the fact that my parents used their reward points, we would have left the first morning. I am surprised that Wyndham is associated with such a poor quality hotel. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was worth noteing.
