“A Dump, Would Not Stay Again”; Nov 27, 2012 Christopher M, New Canaan; The interior of the suite (#133, I think) was worn, tired, and dated. It looked like it had reached a point where it just was never going to look really clean again. The floors in both bathrooms were dirty and the tubs were gross. The bed was pretty bad, as well--lumpy and not very supportive. I will say, though, that the staff at the front desk at both check in and check out were very nice. Too bad they work in a dump.

I want to personally apologize for your stay in Rm 137. Yes , I agree the lower floors do look worn, this is why we are remodeling our hotel. The third floor is almost completed, we will then start on the 2nd and 1rst floor. Our goal is to have most of the rooms completed by April, there is a lot of rooms to get done but we do have a great staff. I appreciate you taking the time to do this review. All feedback we receive is reviewed and shared with our staff, whether negative or positive it matters. I hope you will give us another try next time your in town so you can see the change.
