“Great customer service at a unreasonable price”; Nov 21, 2012 Harriet J, Berea; I was very impressed with the customer service I received, but was very disappointed with the room and price. The room was very small for the price I had to pay. I was not familiar with the area and confused by gps directions. I will not stay there again. The only thing I appreciated was has friendly and hospitable the staff was.

I regret to learn, however, that you felt the price to be unreasonable. Here at the Baymont Inn Suites Rickenbacker we offer hot continental breakfast, indoor heated pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, business center, free Wi-Fi and we serve alcoholic beverages and dinner entrees. We are also priced lower than any other hotel in the area. If your travels should bring you back to this area we would love for you to stay with us again.
