“bugs and dirt”

- When I checked in, there was dirt everywhere in foyer area. The furnace sounded like it was blowing up when it kicked on, the coffee pot was missing and they told me they wouldn't bring one, I killed cockroaches in bathroom, light bulb burned out , no hot breakfast on Sunday because he couldn't find can opener, no coffee in room and again was told to come to desk or do without, and last of all, a terrible water leak in hallway I had to walk through, only to be told that it leaks all the time. This was by far the worst experience ever.
