“Running a rundown hotel into the ground”

This is the worse case of running a hotel into the ground that I have seen in recent historylBaymont is supposed to be a reputable Hotel change.When I run into a hotel that is run down, where the toilets don't work and the management of the hotel tells you that its too expensive to fix and all the toilets are in the same shape. The toilet also rocked in our room. The locks did not work and we had to move because they are old and they did not know what was wrong with them.When an employee fills a coffee pump knowing that it does not work because her boss told her they are not going to replace that now. Then there are serious problems.I have never stayed at a Baymont Hotel before and I will never stay at one again.Richard TajerLivonia, MI
