“Poor service for breakfast and checkout”

I have no complaints about the room. It was nice and clean. The breakfast room was hot. Many of the breakfast items were out and we had to wait for them to be restocked. The waffle mix had run out, the milk was not working right, the bagels had run out, there was no yogurt. It took a while to get the waffle mix and get the milk working. I never saw the yogurt or bagels get replenished. Then, when I went to check out I realized what the problem was. The same person running the checkout was also running the breakfast area. I had to wait a good while to check out since she was trying to take care of the breakfast area. That is totally uncalled for. I don't hold her at fault. I hold the management at fault to only have one person staffed when there were so many people at the hotel. I then also had to wait to get ice since the ice machine was broken and I had to get it from the front desk.
