“Overall a good value”

Staff were all very professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable for working, relaxing, and sleeping. Housekeeping could use a little more attention to the edges and corners. Nice TV with lots of channel selections, but I personally would have preferred a better radio. Coffee maker in room with tea bags too, and I appreciated the constant coffee and tea in the breakfast area of the lobby, too. Breakfast service was good, especially the waffle maker, and I appreciated that they took their time about putting things away when breakfast was supposed to be over. Little noise problem from the party room until about 12 on Saturday, but my room was just across the pool from it. The wireless internet service wasn't working properly, and the hotel staff were appropriately sympathetic, but they couldn't get the service provider to make the repair a priority before I checked out. (I called the customer service number of the provider, and they tried to make me believe the problem was with my computer, which it wasn't. The router closest to my room wasn't working, and the connection problem was due to conflict between the other two routers that I could reach.) The bathroom was large and spacious, with good water flow in the show. I did get a great rate on the room, especially for the four days that I was there, but it wasn't as great as I intitially expected. I tried to confirm a great rate through Wyndam Rewards, but it didn't take, and then when I tried to go back in, that rate was no longer available. This has seemed to happen a lot lately when checking hotels on the Wyndam Rewards site.
