“The personel were very nice. Especially front desk...”

  , Cincinnati
The personel were very nice. Especially front desk manager Chris. He was very nice and helped me out emmensly with getting a room. It was Mom's weekend at Ohio University and EVERY hotel was booked a year in advance. Well, my granddaughter is a freshman and we had no idea that the hotels are limited and sell out quickly. ANyway, the hotel is in dyer need of updating and renovating. The bathroom is just horribly small and uncomfortable. Litteraly an over-weight person would not be able to turn around in it. To upcharge those rooms to $199 per night is just taking advantage of people because you can. IF it were a decent hotel I certainly would not mind having paid the $199, but I feel the amount should have been maybe $100, and that is with the upcharge for Mom's weekend. I would appreciate an answer to this feedback. The breakfast are was extremely extremely small for the size of the hotel/motel. Only enough seating for I believe 28 people. Thank you
