“Cowboys Game 1st Time with Business Associates”

I have pictures of the parking lot not lit up at all. Very dark at night. My spouse and I were approached by a begger wanting money. Not secure. Restroom was dirty. I have pictures of hair dangling from the ceiling light. The bathtub had hair in the corners and the toilet had hair behind the bowl on the floor. The sheets were stained. We pulled the sheets from the 2nd queen bed in the room and laid them on top of the sheets we were laying on inside out. The phone was located across the room for a wake up call. There was partying in the hall until all hours of the night. Security not available to handle the noise. The transportation to the stadium was hot. The driver would not turn on the air conditioner and the smell of sweat was terrible. I left a $150 pair of sunglasses on the van seat. The driver did not turn them in to the lost and found. This was not a good experience for me, my husband, or my business associates (who refused to stay the night after seeing our room). I would have demanded a refund but everyone else was bombarding the front desk and it would have taken me hours to get checked out and get on the road to head home.
