“Disgusted with this hotel. lacking maintenance repairs. Bug problem as well.”

staff member very friendly at check in. Everything went down hill from there. I had 4 rooms, and problems in all 4. Toilet running over into floor, which my wife and i had to plunger while walking in water. poor drainage in shower. telephone not working, which was reported twice but not resolved. door to room would not lock, so had to take everything with us when going out Who would want to travel 700 miles and stay in a place like this? Very dissapointed, and would not consider staying at this place again.The hotel says if you are not satisfied the night ison them. Do not believe this!!!You will be told that you had a good rate. WOW. This hotel lacks communication skills in management. The guest should come first, and they should have experienced people that can handle problems that may arise. Maybe someone from this hotel with a little common sense will read this, and try to have some serious maintenance repairs done.People do not want to come and stay and work on your hotel,while being a paying guest.bad when laundry person seems to be the only one trying to help.
