“My experience was horrible.”

My stay was horrible. Original phone reserv. was messed up over the phone. Management locked us out of our room because of the error, we never saw a checkout receipt to indicate there was a problem with the reserv. My bank notified me, at breakfast. Yvonne said she extended my stay, after seeing our stuff in our room, yet she nor any other staff member informed us our rate changed for the day we should had scheduled anyway over the phone prior to arriving. Nor did housekeeping to clean our room. The option we were given was to change out our towels and empty our trash at 1230/ 100p, if we wanted anything done because they may nothing be available to clean after we were done getting dress for our event, which would have been around 230 or 300 at the lastest. Raul needs leadership and customer service training. He sets a poor example for his staff, in the of customer relations and leadership. I was highly offended by the tone and attitude he felt appropiate to address me with, after Yvonne went to go get him to help resolve my issue with my bill. The fact that he was comfortable to reprimand me for not taking responsibility to ask about the change in my rate that his staff made on their own, pushed my my tolerance over the edge. I told him his staff failed to do due diligence. I was left with the impression my rate 149.99 not 199.99 each night. I called and filed a compliant on the corporate level. His conduct was unacceptable. I was in a non smoking room that smelled like cigar lounge. I told the front desk. Nothing was done about it
