“BUGS!!!”

First this was the first time I wasnt just not offered an upgrade because of my Wydham status, they wouldn't allow it, even after I offered to pay the difference between my points and the upgrade. Our room was ok, but small...However the WORST PART WAS THE BUGS!!! Little roaches in the sink every morning and ants up the wall ON THE 4TH FLOOR, and when I told the front desk (multiple times) not only did they not offer to move us.. they didn't even seem to care... I feel like I wasted my Wyndham points here, I could have stayed at a Howard Johnson at Tahoe.. or better yet.. went to Marriott!!!It was AWFUL!!I think I'm going to give up on "Wyndham Resorts" it has lost all it's nice hotels, and customer service isn't a requirement from it's employees... Marriott and Choice Privileges are winning over ALL my business!! And I travel A LOT!!!!!!!
