“Almost, but not quite”

I called in a week before my reservation, to make sure that I had the dates correct for my reservation, I was told "yes those dates are correct" . While checking in I once again told them that I was leaving early morning on the 16th, I was once again told "yes that is correct." The last day of my reservation I was told that I had booked through the 15th and that I would have to pay 50 dollars for another nights stay, and when I said okay, but I spoke to you when I checked in and you said my dates are correct, I was very rudely dismissed and told that it didn't matter what he said at the time, that it was wrong. This is why I checked, several times to make sure the dates were correct. and I understand that they weren't correct, but he didn't have to be rude about it, also he refused to greet me for the entire day, and acted like he was upset. I also have a problem with the fact that someone in the hotel was smoking marijuana, you could smell it down the hall way, and even in the lobby! I was disappointed in the free breakfast, and the lack of healthy, or allergen friendly options. I used the gym quite frequently, even though there were parts coming off of the equipment and there was no way to sanitize the equipment afterwords, and no towels supplied in the gym. I was dissatisfied at the staff at the desk for being on their phones or watching inappropriate videos while on the clock. The pet area is a health hazard! There is so much dog feces out there, you cannot see the ground, which made me glad I had not brought my pet, but I could see it from the gym.
