“Disappointing”

This was a weekend antiquing trip for 3 couples. The weather was very nice and we all enjoyed ourselves until our experience at the hotel. First of all I called for directions to the hotel. I was told how to get there. It was not correct. I called back three times and no one answered the phone. We did find our way to the hotel. Asked about restaurants and were given some good advice about a restaurant. Also when I made the reservations I told them I wanted 3 rooms on the first floor and was told I would get that. When we got our rooms they were not on the first floor and he did not give us rooms on the first floor. I do not believe the hotel was all filled up either. Also all 3 of our rooms had plumbing problems. The sinks and tubs would not drain. Was very disappointed from the get go. I hope that the other Baymont hotels are not run the way this one is. I really don't believe I would enjoy staying in another one.
