Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback to share. Its unfortunate that your stay was less then satisfactory. We do worry about what rooms we put pets in because we hve designated rooms for animals. We have alot of our guests that come through with allergies to animals so we try to keep it contained to certain areas of the hotel. We very rarely have complaints about our housekeeping so i will address this issue with my staff. We have had many compliments about our breakfast so i apologize that you found it unsatisfactory. Thank you for leaving us feedback. I apologize that you feel you were double charged for a down graded room but just a heads up, whether a queen or a king standard room, they are all the same price. When you made your online reservation, you were not charged at that time. We had talked to the online service and they did not charge you.Thank you for complimenting my Front Desk Manager, he is great with our guests and im happy we could resolve the issue for you. Thank you for leaving us a review. We always like to read feedback form our guests. I apologize that you had a noise in your heating unit. We could have given you a different room if you would have chosen to move. Our Front Desk Staff is usually pretty knowledgable about the area but we do hire alot of college students that have just come to the area. We do provide maps of or state and our city and we also have our public computer that is free for guests to log on to at any time and even print anything necessary. Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I do apologize if our front desk agent came off as rude to you. If your room was available then of course you should have been checked in. Our usual check in time is 3pm but as i mentioned, if your room was clean then of course you should have been given your keys.
