“where to start”; Mar 06, 2013 Elizabeth B, Saint Louis; well the staff was more concerned with what room we were in due to the fact we had a pet with us the room was dirty and messy looking bed ruffle was falling off the bed the fitted sheets were on backwards pool was the only nice thing and that was right by the front desk and people checking in breakfast was poor gravy was plain bisquits were hard orange juice was watery the only thing good was cereal and hard boiled eggs well coffee was ok if i had a dime for everytime we were asked what room we were in well and my credit card has a authorization hold for more than the cost of the room we paid cash still waiting on my money to be released to me would not stay here again very disapointed

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback to share. Its unfortunate that your stay was less then satisfactory. We do worry about what rooms we put pets in because we hve designated rooms for animals. We have alot of our guests that come through with allergies to animals so we try to keep it contained to certain areas of the hotel. We very rarely have complaints about our housekeeping so i will address this issue with my staff. We have had many compliments about our breakfast so i apologize that you found it unsatisfactory. We hope you give us another try next time you are in the area and we hope the rest of your travel was good!Have a good weekend. :) « hide
