“Three strikes and your out”

This was the third time we have stayed at this property. The first two time were way-beyond excellent. Than came the third time. It was the night of 21 August 2013 when we tried to pull are vehicle into the guest area at the front of the motel. There were several youths male and female standing in the drive (one had a motel shirt on) they just refused to move until I beeped the horn. Trying to enter the motel they stood at the front door blocking it while smoking. Telling the clerk Angelia of our encounter she replied that she was just out there what can I do for you? This started a short, curt and rude conversation from this lady, who answered everything I asked with "Thats our company policy" This lady requested a $25.00 fee for our pet------which was never asked for in any stay before at this motel. Just a bad experience!!!!!!!!! OH, two of the girls that blocked the front door, came in and Sprawled all over the couches in the lobby. Which give a very unsavory look to the lobby.
