“Reservation mix up,again!”

Made reservations online 2 months in advance. Upon arrival I was told that the rooms that I had made confirmed reservations for were not available because the online reservation site had overbooked this hotel. I was given smaller rooms than I wanted instead. Normallythis hotel is fully booked for the opening day of the hunting season, so i was lucky to even get a room at all. Last year I had a similar problem when I booked a room and a rollaway bed, several months in advance. When I arrived, I was told that there wasn't a rollaway bed available. So my son had to sleep on the couch. Baymont is a really nice hotel but they need to fix their online reservation site. Next year I will be staying at a different hotel, because I don't want to drive for 4 hours and find out that my reservations were lost and I don't have a place to stay!
