“Never thought it was this bad”

When we take trips we always stays in Baymont because we love the hotel and the services they have provided us in the past. We never had any problems before staying at the hotel. But this particular hotel that we just stayed for one night as a family nightout was terriable. The front desk manager or the person there at the time of our arrival was not that friendly. It looks like she just didnt care much for what she was doing. We were supprised when we walked in to the room. Couple of things that we were not really happy with. The room didnt look like it was cleaned, not enough personal cleaning items (ex: toilet papers, shampoo, soap ect) and then towels we had only one towel which we had to share among three people, which was terrible. So on our way out to dinner I ask the front dest person if it is possible for us to have one more towel and her reply was "well our laundry lady doesnt come to work till later this evening and I have no way to get another towel for you so may be you will have one if she comes early today to do the laundry" Well we just looked at each others face and decide that never come back to this one again. The vending machines were all empty, there was nothing much to pick because they were not re-stocked.We had a very hard time falling asleep becuase the pillows were so uncomfortably small like you cut a big pillow into two. And the pillow covers were so huge and the pillow looks like a baby pillow. We woke up with neck pains and body aches. The mattresses were terribly stiff. Man that was a one heck of a sleep over! The breakfast was terrible. The bread looked old and smelled and there was not milk when we got to down stairs to the breakfast room. So I had to walk around for like half an hour to find someone to ask for some milk. I dont think I would recommend this particular Baymont for any kind of stay unless in a dier need. I dont think it was worth of what we paid.
