“#317 on 5/28/14”

My sister and I arrived around 10:00PM after a long day's drive. As we took the elevator to the 3rd floor...we both commented on the filthy elevator floor and entering the room was even worse...filthy with strong smoke smell, A/C was not cooling, bathroom was not clean. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Sleep was uncomfortable for both of us and my sister (who has mild asthma) was having trouble breathing and coughing and was serious distress during the night and dozing on and off. Upon waking she was suffering and required intense use of her breather. We just packed up early and left! While approachng the elevator on the 3rd floor, we passed and middle aged woman from the front desk and mentioned the above... her response was "So sorry...I have not checked that room"...since when???
