“Shaky Start -- worse finish”

First upon arrival there were two pair of underwear hanging on a bush near the front doors. Almost turned around then, told the front desk manager who must have mentioned it to her mother who came outside while I was unloading and took them in with her.... they were a members of the family that owned the motel she had them drying on the bushes.....Room was fine needed updating comforter was stained with what looked like blood, made them change it. Had asked for ground floor was given 2nd floor changed it to ground floor. Bed linen not changed just bed not really made just covers pulled back up pillows left stacked not reset. Asked to be close to pool was on opposite side of hotel. Then I received a call from my work I had to leave day early but it was around 1:30 which I know check out time is 11 but when I asked the clerk about a refund he said oh no I would get yelled at by the owner. I said your sign on the counter says late check outs are charged $10 per hour just charge me the late check out fees. still said he couldn't do it. Would not go back to this hotel/motel really not the quality or cleanliness I would have expected from a Ramada. They never asked if I was a rewards club member , never explained if and how I would receive credit for staying to build my rewards.
