“Day desk clerk and manager/hotel proprietor were very rude...”

Day desk clerk and manager/hotel proprietor were very rude and argumentative. I requested that housekeeping not enter my room to change my sheets. I informed the desk clerk while standing outside my rooms door that I would bring the soiled towels to the desk to be replaced. Upon returning, I was totally disregarded and the desk clerk requested that that housekeeping enter my room. The beds were made and the soiled towels were still in the room. I was really upset.. When I went to talk to the manager to let him know that I felt disrespected as a customer he could only argue with me and defend his staff. As I was parting the hotel at the end of the stay the weather was treacherous in a winter storm with 6 inches already on the ground and snow continuing to fall steadily, I said to the manager/proprietor, " It's pretty bad out there.: and he replied, "It's not so bad." Would not ever return to this hotel. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down as well. Food on the food bar looked good and tasted very bad. The coffee was watered down. The syrup for the waffles was gone from the jar and the syrup in the bowl was old and came out of the package thick and not wanting to come out of the package. The bowl that the syrup packets were in was dirty with syrup spills. My stomach hurt for four hours after eating. Rude, disrespectful, argumentative totally not customer friendly at all. Sorely disappointed.
