“Frustrated”

Blocked 10 rooms for volleyball team. Wanted something special for my wife & I, so we reserved a king w/hot tub. Our daughter's room & ours were suppose to be on the same floor, instead she was on the 2nd & we on the 5th. Upon arrival I was told 1st come first serve & our reservations didn't matter! NO COMMUN ICATION, or POOR booking techniques. Was told the day before we had until 6pm to cancel reservations because of the bad weather. Told something different again, we had to check out by 1100am if we were canceling. Will our team return? What do you think? Breakfast bar was disgusting, what there was!
